- You must be 18 or older to try, purchase, or use these products. If we suspect that you are under the age of 18, we reserve the rights to ask for you to email us your ID or Passport, with a current photo holding the ID or Passport.
- We provide free EMS shipping to all International destinations. Estimated time of arrival varies depending on your city and area where the shipping is to be delivered to. Usual time of delivery can be up to 30 days. This does not include processing time, which is under 24 hours ( business days ), with the exception of back ordered items which will be filled and shipped promptly upon inventory availability. We will notify you if this is the case.
- Orders that have selected DHL Flat Rate Express International shipping option are shipped with a delivery goal of 4-7 business days based on delivery estimates provided by DHL. This does not include processing time, which is under 24 hours ( business days ), with the exception of back ordered items which will be filled and shipped promptly upon inventory availability. We will notify you if this is the case.

- Tracking numbers for EMS International Free shipping and DHL Express International are provided by the forwarder to us within 3-4 days after the shipping has been dispatched. We will then update your account with the tracking number details.

- EMS and China Post International shipping usually takes longer to propagate in their server. This is normal. However, the shipment is already underway. To our experience, DHL Express International has a more detailed and on time tracking progress movement data collection than EMS or China Post.
- Orders placed on weekends will not start processing until Monday.
- When shipping internationally, we are not responsible for knowing the Customs Policies of the countries you select to ship our product to. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund if your order does not pass inspection at the point of entry and is returned to, BomberTech, the sender. In addition, we are not responsible for any exchange rate fees you might incur due to refunding your order.
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit, items sent to the wrong address, nor international fees charged by your country or third parties.
- Missing and damaged items must be claimed within 7 days of “Completed” status update via the tracking information.
- Warranty exist on manufacturing defects ONLY. Usage based defects are issues caused by mistreatment and/or misuse of products. The following examples are NOT included in the warranty. Usage based defects include, but are not limited to:
➜ Tamper proof has been removed or damaged.
➜ Batteries that have dropped.
➜ Batteries that have separated.
➜ 510 connections damaged.
➜ Wires becoming exposed.
➜ Casing scratched or damaged.
➜ Damage to products due to user negligence.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless they have been sent the wrong product.
- eBay, Tokopedia, Taobao, Alibaba, Facebook or any other online shopping where the merchant is not registered with us, is not considered an authorized reseller. Any device purchased through these merchants will carry no warranty whatsoever. You must purchase from an authorized reseller or dealer to get your BomberTech Protect 1 year warranty.
- Place the order on the website, you will then be placed on the payment page by Paypal, our chosen secured international payment gateway.
- Once you make the payment, we then continue follow through by “Processing” your order. This means that we will sort out your order, package and dispatch it to the shipping company that you have purchased or agreed upon if you choose the free shipping international.
- Once your shipment has been dispatched by the forwarding company, we will mark your shipment as “Completed”. This means that your product is now in the hands of the forwarding shipping company that will handle the shipment to send your order to you.
- Tracking numbers will be given to us, within 1-2 working days. By then we will enter your tracking number into your account manually. You will be notified on your tracking number via your email, however, if you would like to check your tracking number, you can do so by logging in to your “My Account”, you can find this on the footer section of any page in the BomberTech website.
- If you have not received the product within the specified date, you must write to us with evidence. If the tracking numbers provided have shown that the product was not received, or lost during shipment, we will follow up your shipment until resolved. We will replace your product or give you a full refund and we will replace the shipping company and follow up the matter for you. You will have 30 days after the specified date to make this claim. Any claims over 30 days is not permitted. For any claims, please email us at email@example.com
- We do not offer any refunds of such of any products if the cause is dislike, or not to the expectations, and the product seal had been opened or has been tampered with.
- We offer 100% refund if the product is sealed, and we do not see any damage that can be seen that the product seal had been tampered with.
- Refund does not include shipping costs. Any shipping costs involved will be in the cost of the buyer.
- We will offer parts replacements if the parts are missing or damaged, all shipping costs will be paid by us.
- Any lost of the parts by the customer will not be the responsibility of the company, if the buyer decides to purchase more, any incurring costs will be paid by the buyer/customer.
- If the parts are non replaceable, we will offer a product replacement free of charge.
- Any claims of missing parts, damaged parts, must be provided with the written claim form provided by the company, and with the photos provided. If we believe the photos are not met or blurred or such, we will ask the customer to retake the photo, until proof has been shown otherwise.
We will do our best with good intentions to serve our customers to get their products in their hand and get what they paid for and more whenever possible. If there were any disputes we will do our best to solve it without hurting any parties involved.
